WATCH40 is an application that’s simple to set up.
1. Connect advertising platforms: once logged into the app, simply link your media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with your credentials via Settings > Ad accounts > Connect.
2. Configure alerts: depending on the features activated, you can customize alert triggers (thresholds, targeting, etc.), choose the users who will receive them, and define the notification channels in the Settings menu.
3. Always-on campaign monitoring: WATCH40 continuously monitors all your advertising accounts and campaigns, 24/7.
4. Media anomaly detection: when an anomaly is identified according to your parameters, it is recorded in the application.
5. Real-time notifications: WATCH40 instantly notifies users of any detected alert, according to their communication preferences.
6. Alert management and resolution: once notified, users can review the alert details, access the relevant advertising platform directly to identify the cause, and fix the issue. The alert can then be closed in WATCH40, with the option to add comments for better traceability and historical tracking.

WATCH40 connects directly to the main advertising platforms via API: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads.
Additional integrations are under development to further expand coverage
A media ad account refers to one advertising account on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.
For example, if your agency manages 3 Google Ads accounts and 2 Meta accounts, that would count as 5 media ad accounts. Only active ad accounts are counted.

No, prices shown are excluding VAT or applicable sales tax. For North American clients, local sales tax may be applied depending on your billing address.
If you go over your plan’s limit (e.g., from 10 to 12 accounts in the “Starter” plan for Advertiser), you will be prompted to upgrade to the next tier, or you can request a tailored plan. Our support team will notify you when thresholds are reached.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are possible at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Just contact our support team.
